Please read these before creating a Favourz account.
Favourz connects people who need a favour with local helpers. You must be 18 or over to create an account, and you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and the work you post or accept.
Posters agree to describe work honestly and pay the agreed service charge on completion. Helpers agree to carry out work they are competent and legally permitted to do, on the agreed date and at the agreed price.
A favour is marked complete when the poster's 4-digit completion PIN is entered by the helper. Payments are held until completion. Off-platform payment to avoid fees is not permitted.
Cancelling before a helper accepts is free. After acceptance, a small fee may apply to cover the helper's time. Disputes can be raised from the booking screen and are reviewed within 24 hours.
No harassment, discrimination, illegal work, weapons, or anything unsafe. We suspend accounts that put other members at risk.
We store the minimum data needed to run the marketplace: your name, contact details, favours, bookings and messages. Location is used only to match nearby favours and is never sold to third parties. Contact details are kept in a restricted table only you can read.
You can change your role, edit your profile, or delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile → Settings. Deletion is permanent.
We may update these terms as the service grows. Material changes are announced in-app before they take effect, and continuing to use Favourz means you accept the updated terms.
